Using a permanent makeup machine, pigment is implanted in to the basal layer on the skin. The tails of the brow are darker and fade into a light-weight starting to the brow, giving a wonderful Ombre makeup impact. The artist then manually microblades the eyebrows once the client receives topical numbing placed on the brows.  It is just a type of
